Joe Dunn — State Bar of California Executive-Director and Publisher of Voice of OC — Will Not Run for Office in 2012

Amid speculation regarding a newly drawn congressional seat, Executive-Director of the State Bar of California and chairman of Voice of OC’s Board of Directlors –Senator Joe Dunn (Ret.) — has indicated that he will not seek elective office in 2012. See excerpt below:

Senator Joe Dunn (ret.)

The Orange County Labor Federation list of endorsements puts to bed the speculation that retired Senator Joe Dunn was going to seek the newly drawn 47th Congressional District seat. Dunn cancelled his interview with the Orange County Labor Federation and has indicated he is no longer considering a run.
