The Leslie Brodie Report Endorses Eugene Jizhak for Superior Court Judge, Orange County, California

EUGENE FOR JUDGE 2012

DEAR CITIZENS OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA:

     IMPORTANT UPDATE

Hello, please note that I will be a candidate for Superior Court Judge, (judge office # 1), in Orange County California on the Tuesday, June 5th 2012 Presidential Primary Election.

I’d like to share a bit of my background with you.

I graduated from Dana Hills High School in Dana Point. I was awarded a BS degree in microbiology from UCLA and later received a JD from Newport School of Law.   I have practiced law in California and Nevada since 1994 and have experience as a trial lawyer in various fields of law having practiced in the areas of business litigation, real estate transactions, contracts, personal injury, family law, criminal law, bankruptcy and immigration.

Why do I want to be a judge? I grew up in Dana Point and now live in Irvine. I feel very strongly about wanting to serve the citizens of Orange County.

I promise to work with you, the citizens and business of Orange County to make our County a better and fairer place to live and work.

I believe that citizens of Orange County should have judges installed by popular election.  Why? Because then citizens will have a more diverse field of judges who are in touch with the principles of a democratic form of government that is operated by the people and for the people.

I believe that the citizens and businesses must be able to operate without threats of frivolous lawsuits, unlimited jury verdicts, and court/ government bias.

Judges must be fair and treat all citizens equally and uphold the State and Federal Constitutions.

I believe that even if you go to traffic court, you should be treated fairly.

If elected I promise to be a fair and impartial judge, and will treat all citizens equally and with respect.

I steadfastly believe that murderers, violent felons, insane maniacs, and molesters should not be let out on early release.

I have a lot of general real world experience in addition to my legal training that I would bring to my work as your judge. I have worked in the construction industry;  I have also worked as a microbiologist/researcher, real estate broker, property manager, and warranted federal contracting officer.

When not in the office, I am an avid surf fisherman, golfer, aviator, bicyclist, hiker, painter, civilian parachutist, and speaker.

The primary election will take place on Tuesday, June 5th, 2012 here in Orange County.

Please consider voting for me. Let’s take a small step together to build a new beginning for everyone in Orange County.

Thank you very much my friends, and may God bless all of you.

     Sincerely,

     Eugene Jizhak, Attorney

     Law Office of Eugene Jizhak

  • Another Clifford Ham boondoggle in San Diego 2017/04/19
More false promises of tunnels reaching out from jails to courthouses. Don’t say we didn’t tell you so because we’ve stated many times that ALL tunnel promises are false promises made to win local support of the projects and penciled out upon approval. What we find most disturbing is that Clifford Ham has a track […]

Welcome to 2017! Yeah, we know, a bit of time has passed since we’ve been hyperactive here. We’ve been a bit busy frying other fish.  If you consider yourself a progressive, you’ve already read and possibly even recognized our work elsewhere. We will be continuing those projects and check in here as not to neglect […]

  • Welcome to the first business day of our reinvigorated 10 year run! 2017/01/02
Thanks to the sheer incompetence of Judicial Council staff leadership, we’re going to be spending the next ten years nipping at their heels. Last week, the San Francisco trial court ruled that the Jacobs entities maintained their contractors license and that the 22.7 million that the Judicial Council should have been able to recover is […]
