Meet Richard Claussen of Goddard Claussen (TLR Note: Addenda – Claussen, as is Lucas, Part of Golden Pacific Bank)

Richard C. Claussen, Rick is a Founding Partner of Goddard Claussen Porter Novelli Inc. Mr. Claussen is considered one of the best strategic minds in the business. He supervises the Sacramento office, which specializes in public affairs and ballot issue campaigns. He has managed many of the its major ballot issue and public affairs campaigns on behalf of high-tech and venture capital firms, insurers, education reform supporters, taxpayer and business groups and tort reform groups. He has been a Partner of Strategic Advocacy, a public affairs firm, since 2003. He has been involved in public affairs for more than 30 years, beginning his career as a staff member of Idaho Senator Frank Church. He served as an organizing director of Silverado Bank, Roseville, California until 2000. He serves as a Director of Golden Pacific Bancorp, Inc. He serves as a Director of Golden Pacific Bank, a subsidiary of Golden Pacific Bancorp Inc. He served as a Director of Humboldt Bancorp and Humboldt Bank (The Bank), a subsidiary of Humboldt Bancorp since June 2002. He served as a Director of Capitol Valley Bank from 2000 to May 2002, when it was merged into Humboldt Bank.
