CALIFORNIA EMERGING TECHNOLOGY FUND (“CETF”) DIRECTORS: Sunne McPeak, AARP’s Barbara O’Connor, CETF’s Adviser and Costa Rica devotee — Kempster Group’s Brenda Kempster of Link Americas Foundation / ICT Literacy Portal sponsored by CETF. Link Americas Foundation’s Kempster and O’Connor are under scrutiny in connection with 2009 expense totaling $167,145.00 celebrating the inauguration of Barack Obama.
Specifically, a visitor to LINK AMERICAS’s website who wishes to view the content found @:

As was mentioned earlier, LINK AMERICAS and Directors Dave Leveille, Elva Lima Of Verizon Communication, Richard Methia, Cheryl Meils, David Saedi, AARP’s Barbara O’Connor of Lucas Public Affairs, Dan Throgmorton, and Brenda Kempster represented to the IRS that an expense of $167,145.00 was utilized for “The 2009 Link Technology Serving Humanity Global Literacy Gala was held in Washington, DC to promote the advancement of Information and communication technology literacy in the areas of Life, Information, Nature, and Knowledge (Link) throughout The Americas.”
In actuality, however, the sole reason behind the aforementioned “gala” was “celebrating the Inauguration of The Honorable Barack Obama Forty-fourth President of the United States of America and The Honorable Joseph R. Biden, Jr. Vice President of the United States of America and the 111th Congress of the United States.
