The Leslie Brodie Report has learned that KEMPSTER GROUP —  a for-profit entity headed by Costa Rica devotee — Ms. Brenda Kempster, CEO of controversial non-profit LINK AMERICAS Foundation   “ coordinated the Inaugural Galas at the Folger Shakespeare Library in 1997 for President William J. Clinton and in 2001 and 2005 for President George W. Bush.” (emphasis added)

As was mentioned earlier, LINK AMERICAS and Directors Dave Leveille, Elva Lima Of Verizon Communication, Richard Methia, Cheryl  Meils, David Saedi, AARP’s Barbara O’Connor of Lucas Public Affairs, Dan Throgmorton, and Brenda Kempster represented to the IRS that an expense of  $167,145.00 was utilized for “The 2009 Link Technology Serving Humanity Global Literacy Gala was held in Washington, DC to promote the advancement of Information and communication technology literacy in the areas of Life, Information, Nature, and Knowledge (Link) throughout The Americas.” (emphasis added)

In actuality, however, the sole reason behind the aforementioned “gala” was “celebrating the Inauguration of The Honorable Barack Obama Forty-fourth President of the United States of America and  The Honorable Joseph R. Biden, Jr. Vice President of the United States of America and the 111th Congress of the United States.”

CALIFORNIA EMERGING TECHNOLOGY FUND (“CETF”) DIRECTORS: Sunne McPeak, AARP’s Barbara O’Connor, CETF’s Adviser and Costa Rica devotee — Kempster Group’s Brenda Kempster of Link Americas Foundation / ICT Literacy Portal sponsored by CETF.  Link Americas Foundation’s Kempster and O’Connor are under scrutiny in connection with 2009 expense totaling  $167,145.00 celebrating the inauguration of Barack Obama.

Additionally, and as was also previously mentioned, LINK AMERICAS Foundation — caused the removal of all data and information relating to LINK AMERICAS’s $167,145.00 peculiar sponsorship of Barack Obama Inaugural Gala from LINK AMERICA’s website.

More false promises of tunnels reaching out from jails to courthouses. Don’t say we didn’t tell you so because we’ve stated many times that ALL tunnel promises are false promises made to win local support of the projects and penciled out upon approval. What we find most disturbing is that Clifford Ham has a track […]

Welcome to 2017! Yeah, we know, a bit of time has passed since we’ve been hyperactive here. We’ve been a bit busy frying other fish.  If you consider yourself a progressive, you’ve already read and possibly even recognized our work elsewhere. We will be continuing those projects and check in here as not to neglect […]

  • Welcome to the first business day of our reinvigorated 10 year run! 2017/01/02
Thanks to the sheer incompetence of Judicial Council staff leadership, we’re going to be spending the next ten years nipping at their heels. Last week, the San Francisco trial court ruled that the Jacobs entities maintained their contractors license and that the 22.7 million that the Judicial Council should have been able to recover is […]
